We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful area of Jesolo surrounded by beautiful pine trees. It was so tranquil and serene, allowing us to truly relax and unwind. The service was exceptional, from the friendly and welcoming staff to the efficient room service. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a lovely terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The hotel also had a fantastic pool and a private beach, both clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
We would highly recommend this hotel to all our friends. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we know they would love it just as much as we did.

I loved staying in this hotel surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, just a few steps from the beach. The hotel facilities were great with a clean and good-sized pool to relax in. The staff were warm and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit and juices. The free bike rentals were a fantastic addition, allowing me to explore the city's cycling lanes to go shopping or grab a quick lunch.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Beautiful environment, great pool, wonderful atmosphere.
Things did not work in the room: Security Safe, lamp in the bathroom. Service at the restaurant was chaotic, they never knew what we ordered, they were mixing up orders continousely.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and not pushy. The location in the pine park was beautiful and provided shade and privacy. The hotel was clean, with a good-sized pool. The breakfast was delicious and there was the option to rent bikes for free.

Private beach, nice garden, dinner outside, excellent design of hotel. We love this hotel if we forget service.
Services, staff in the restaurant is slow, you are waiting still a have to ask for everything.

The hotel was in a prime location, just a few steps away from a pristine private beach. The breakfast was superb, with a range of options from fresh fruit to pancakes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant.
The room was on the smaller side and the shower pressure was weak, making it difficult at times. the location was a bit difficult to find initially, so it would be helpful to have more clear directions on the website.

Nice location, calm environment, private beach, friendly staff. Very good parking in front of the hotel with a shading roof. Great night ambiente with cozy sofas and candles in the courtyard.
1) The hotel is hard to find. The google-map location differs by app. 500m, and even if the hotel name is displayed next to the main road (by the entrance road), it is easy to miss due to its size and colour. 2) Though the food is good, the food staff and service are a bit strange. Waiting long to replenish empty jars with juices. You have to explicitly ask for another cup of tea or coffee apart from the one you get at the start of the breakfast. Warm water for tea is also on request only (no hot water machine for self service). 3) The outside breakfast & dinner area under pines and umbrellas is very pleasant. Looking at the umbrellas from the top of the room balcony, they are full of pine twigs which haven't been removed for a year or so ... this makes a really untidy impression.

Superb location right on the beach. Beautiful garden with pine trees and pool area. Nice outdoor restaurant facilities.
The breakfast service was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Great beach location, with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. the holiday decorations were amazing, with beautiful lights and festive music. the hotel staff was friendly, and the food was great.
Room was smaller than expected, and the bed was uncomfortable. the decorations in the room were tacky, and some were falling apart.

The only thing that I like about this hotel – it is really nice territory with gardens and trees. The design of outside territory beautiful.
You will not find here the high quality of service and comfort. Location – too far away from main streets with all entertainment (food, shopping, bars and etc). By taxi about 10-15 min for 25 euro or bus. There is nothing outside, except 3 low quality restaurants. Food – except breakfast, is bad, the prices are high. You will get the cold terrible pizza in 30 minutes from the nearest pizzeria for double price. You will be forced to go to the main street in Lido to get your really delicious Italian food. Service – there is no service. Nobody will help you with the baggage. In restaurant you will wait forages. On breakfast, when you will choose the table, bring the food, start eating, the waiter will come to you and ask you to sit on other table, because this one is booked. (No sign of booking on the table). You will be sitting around empty tables and will be forced to take by yourself all your food and choose another table, while waiter can “book” the other empty table and not bother you with such disrespectful request. Room service - I was staying for 9 nights, and the bedding was never changed! In 9 nights in 4 start Michelin hotel??!!! The dirty glasses were never washed. Shower gel, the simple thing was empty on the 3rd day, and nobody changed the bottles or give the new one! The beach towel will be changed for 6 euro. I had the better service in 2-3 start hotels! The beach and the beach bed. If you would like to rest on the territory of hotel - you will be able to do that only near the pool. But, you will be forced to pay 25 euro for umbrella and beach bad in a day! There are no other beach bad except near pool. This hotel has it’s own beach (that was one of the reason why I’ve choose it). But the beach beds are limited and not equal to the number of hotel guest. Hotel makes “booking” of beach beds, half of them are booked for nobody. They are force you to pay 9 euro for each bed in a day!
